Wrestling Sends Seven to Nationals

 Seven Colby Community College wrestlers qualified for the national tournament after competing in the NJCAA West-Central District Championships hosted by Neosho County Community College on Feb. 11. As a team, the Trojans finished 7^th. 

“We are extremely proud of these boys,” said Trojans Head Coach CJ Shavers. “They wrestled hard, and it showed.”

The NJCAA National Wrestling Championships are on March 3 and 4 at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

133: Quentin Pauda, wild card.
141: Zane Lucksavage 6^th.
149: Eric Cain, 4^th.
165: Cael Langford, 5^th.
174: Mark Rausch, 3^rd (two-time qualifier).
